Buyer workflow

1. Review purchase details — Review item and price. Sign up for an Escrow.com account.
2. Select payment — Wire transfer, credit card, or PayPal. Credit card & PayPal limited to purchases ≤ $5,000.
3. Verify account — Follow the KYC guide to submit verification.
4. Funds held — Once payment is received, seller is instructed to ship.
5. Inspection period — You have an agreed period to review the item.
6. Approve & complete — Once satisfied, Escrow.com releases funds to the seller.

Business verification (KYC)

Escrow.com requires business verification for B2B transactions. You need: company information (legal name, registration number, address), business type, proof of existence, and authorized representative details.
