All account management is in the backoffice under Account

Profile (Company)

Edit company info, registration number, VAT, addresses, team members, and permissions. Add bank account, business registry document, warranty. Profile Strength (0–100%) shows how complete your profile is and is updated in real time as you fill in fields.

Notifications

Email preferences: first bid on your auctions, outbid alerts, favorite listings closing soon, marketing updates. Add keywords and select categories to get alerts when new matching listings appear.

Deleting your account

You can request permanent deletion of your user account in Account → Profile: open the Account & data section (at the bottom of the page), then follow the steps. Email/password users confirm with their password; Google or Apple-only accounts confirm by typing DELETE.

  • If you are the only active member of your company, deleting your account also closes that company workspace on Offrie (this cannot be undone from the app).
  • If other people are still in your company and you are the only admin, deletion is blocked until you assign another company admin (use transfer admin rights in the Colleagues section).

Other sections

Activity – your recent actions. Statistics – company and personal stats. Invoices – platform fee invoices.
