How to Create a WTB Listing

Publish your purchasing needs and receive offers from sellers

Start: Click + New Listing in the header, then Post buying request. See New Listing overview for the full flow. Looking to sell? WTS guide.

Step 1: Paste or type your items

After choosing "Post buying request", paste or type your items into the text area. You can use a simple format:

DDR4-3200 16GB    100pcs    €8    Grade A
Intel i7-9700K    10pcs     €150  Grade B

Product name is required; quantity, price, and grade are optional. Use tab, comma, or dash as separators. Click Analyze with AI to structure the items.

Step 2: Review & edit items

The wizard shows parsed items. Review titles, quantities, prices, and grades. Edit any field as needed. Each item can have its own requirements.

Step 3: Title & description

Add a clear title and description – e.g. "DDR4-3200 16GB RAM modules – 100 pieces needed". Set currency and delivery address.

Step 4: Summary & publish

Review the summary. Publish when ready. Sellers see your WTB and can submit offers. You manage offers in the backoffice.
